Popcox took over our electro room in August and it stole the show. It was so rammed I could barely get in to join the party! POPCOX is an enigma and her music works the floor and I know for a fact that beneath the glamourous image lies a musical heritage to put many other DJs to shame. In the last few remaining months of Ghetto Soho, we wanted to vary our Friday night DJ line ups, and I got more than I bargained for by letting Pops into the fold! I heard of these big twisted disco and dance floor igniting electro tunes being spun by “that lovely trannie who plays at The Cock on Fridays”, and when Pops and I did finally meet, it was apparent that offering her a night of her own at our Soho Bar, Trash Palace was a natural thing to do. So we’re working on exactly that!
